AD'VAN'TURE 101

Well, after talking about this for months, the time has come to put the rubber to the road and really set out on this little trip.  Anthony has been retired for a whole 2 weeks now, and we are ready to get started.  We are trying to do this as economically as possible, so we are planning on cooking most of our meals on a propane stove and sleeping most of the time in our van, which is a 1998 Toyota Sienna.  Anthony is pretty handy, so after getting some ideas from Pinterest and Youtube,  he built us a little bed frame for the back of the van.  On our wishlist of things to do/see includes bicycling the Katy Trail in Missouri, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Yellowstone Park, visit Hannah in Colorado, visit Alyssa in Seattle, Glacier National Park, Mt. Ranier, and whatever else catches our attention.  We hope this blog will keep us connected while we are on our first ad"van"ture.
