Maine, Take 2

A couple of years ago we headed out on a van trip to Maine, but we didn't make it. Well, we are trying it again, except this time we are having a go at it in our Prius. Downsize, that seems to be the theme for our age group, and we are seeing if we can really do this. All we know is that other people do it, so maybe we can too. 

We talked about what our theme would be for Prius camping, and Anthony came up with "The Prius will Free us" (lol). I am thinking more like "Camping in a Prius, wouldn't want to be us." It remains to be seen which of these two themes will fit our trip. 

We are going to meander our way up through Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and then Maine!!!! And if we get real adventurous and we have time, we may head over the border. We have our passports just in case. As we head back we have a place to stay for a week in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and then a week in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. Looking forward to the beauty God has created while we are out and about.

Our neighbor, Jada, was nice enough to take our picture for us before we left. We told her that she may see us tomorrow coming back home, packing up our van and starting over again.
